Requesting an order change or cancellation
Contact gigicutebabe@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will check whether the order can still be changed or cancelled. Changes or cancellation may not be possible after dispatch.
After delivery
Our voluntary return window is 30 days from receipt for unused goods in their original packaging. Customers pay return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us for the correct return instructions before sending anything back.
Mandatory rights
These instructions do not limit mandatory consumer rights. We currently sell to the United States; market-specific information must be reviewed before additional markets are opened.
