What makes this bag different from an ordinary bread bag?
The bag pairs a printed cotton outer with a removable beeswax liner. Roll down the opening and fasten the buckle after adding your cooled loaf. Lift out the liner to care for the two layers separately.
How large is it? Will it fit my loaf?
The supplier’s image lists the outer bag at approximately 43 × 32 cm (17 × 12.6 in), and the removable liner at 40 × 32 cm (15.7 × 12.6 in). These are flat measurements. Leave space to roll the top closed; an entire long baguette may need to be cut.
Will the beeswax have a scent?
Beeswax may have a natural scent, especially when new. Air the liner before first use and follow the care instructions. Scent transfer has not been tested for this product, so we do not promise that it is completely odourless.
Bread storage
How long will my bread stay fresh?
There is no single shelf-life that applies to every loaf. Bread type, temperature, humidity and handling all matter. Let bread cool fully, close the bag after use and check it regularly. We do not promise a fixed number of extra fresh days.
Can I put it in the refrigerator or freezer?
Keep the bag in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Refrigerator and freezer suitability is not verified for this product; do not use it for cold storage unless the product care label permits it.
Cleaning & care
How do I clean the bag?
Remove loose crumbs and separate the liner from the outer bag. Gently wipe or rinse the beeswax liner with cool water and mild soap, then air-dry. Keep the waxed liner away from hot water, washing machines and tumble dryers. Follow the supplier’s confirmed instructions for washing the cotton outer separately.
Can I wash both layers together?
Separate the components before cleaning. The cotton outer and beeswax liner need different care. Follow the care label supplied with your bag for the outer, and keep the waxed liner away from hot water, ironing and machine drying.
Orders & delivery
What is included in each set?
Each bag includes one cotton outer and one removable beeswax liner. The three-bag and five-bag packs include three and five complete bags. Eligible packs include electronic guide gifts; the five-bag pack also includes the electronic recipe collection. These gifts are digital files, not printed books.
Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
We currently deliver to the United States. Orders take 2–5 business days to process before dispatch. Standard transit is estimated at 3–5 business days; Express transit is 1–2 business days (24–48 business hours). Free US Standard shipping applies to orders $70+. Other rates are calculated at checkout for your address.
How can I track an order?
Use the order-status link in your confirmation email or sign in to your customer account to view your order and available shipment tracking. Tracking appears after dispatch.
What is the return policy?
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers pay return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us for return instructions before mailing the item.
